• New Boot Camp Class

    Have you heard, Shaun has a rockin’, muscle burning sweat fest Boot Camp Class happening every Wednesday night?
    Well it’s kind of a big deal and quickly has become a very popular class.

    Come check it out. Limited to 16 people per class.  Since spaces are limited, we suggest that you sign up at the front desk to secure your spot.

    What you can expect in this boot camp class:
    • 55 minutes
    • 2 rounds of high interval training with a mixture of weights, cardio, core, and plyometrics
    • Followed by a round of outdoor sprints
    • Plenty of assorted weights and equipment for men and women of all ages
    • A great workout!

    Wednesday nights 6:30 PM in the Group Exercise room.
